The Knights of Columbus are holding a Free Throw Championship on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hockomock YMCA, 45 Forge Hill Road, Franklin, MA . The event is open for boys and girls 9 – 14 years old. It is “Free”, no charge. Participants must bring their birth certificate and a parent. Each contestant receives a certificate and a event patch. The Knights of Columbus is holding a Holiday fund raiser for those “in need”. All proceeds will benefit the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. The Knights will have a table set up outside the church after Mass on Saturday, December 8th and after each Mass on Sunday, December 9th. They will be selling Stop & Shop gift cards (5% of sales benefits St. Vincent). In recognition of significant need, we are also suggesting a second way you can share the spirit of giving.
